For particular health conditions

Once an aged care home accepts you, it must cater for your particular health needs. These might include any one from a range of conditions such as dementia, incontinence, and chronic, terminal or mental illness. Some homes cater specifically for these particular needs, and the Aged Care Home Finder on this website will indicate this.
