income stream product

An income stream is a regular series of payments generated by money invested by an individual to provide a regular income.

Income tested fee

Residents (other than respite residents) may be asked to pay an income tested fee, depending on their income and level of care they require.

Incontinence

Incontinence is the inability to control the bladder or bowel. Incontinence is not just a problem for older people. It can affect men and women of any age. It should not be considered normal. It can be a sign of other health problems. It can often be cured and at other times it can be managed better with the right advice or treatment.

An independent advocate is a person from an advocacy service who has no relationship with the person they are supporting nor the agency with which that person is dealing.
