Qualifying service
Qualifying service is one of the criteria used by the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) to determine whether you are eligible for a service pension. Qualifying service may also be a factor in determining a person's eligibility to be provided with medical treatment, or to receive a pharmaceutical benefits card or a senior's health care card.
Quality of care
Quality of care refers to high quality care and accommodation consistent with best practice and provided in accordance with the individual care needs of residents.
