Telstra Disability Equipment program
If you’re finding it hard to use standard telephone equipment, the Disability Equipment Program may provide you with the specialised equipment you require.
To be eligible you’ll need to be a Telstra customer or be associated with a Telstra customer who lives with you. You’ll also need to have your application form signed by an authorised medical professional – your doctor, audiologist, audiometrist, ophthalmologist, optometrist, occupational therapist, or speech pathologist.
