Question:	I think that I need more help to be able to stay at home than the Home and Community Care program seems to offer. Is there more help?
Answer:	Firstly talk to your Home and Community Care provider to see if they are able to provide more care. If not they may refer you an Aged Care Assessment Team, who will assess your care needs and if you are eligible approve you for packages of care, such as a Community Aged Care Package (CACP) or an Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) package.
