| Answer: | Care and services are available in the community as well as in aged care homes. You can find out about the services, on this website or by contacting the Commonwealth Carelink Centres on 1800 052 222. You can also discuss this with your doctor and, if required, you can have an assessment by an ACAT which will look at all your care needs and make recommendations about the types of care that would best suit your care needs.
