Common question
| Question: | What are 'Specified Care and Services'? |
| Answer: | All aged care homes must provide a range of specific care and services for residents, as no extra cost. The types of care and services to be provided depend on the needs of the resident (either low-level care or high-level care). Homes must also provide additional care and services to high-level care residents, including such things as basic medical supplies, therapy services and movement aids.
