Question: Is palliative care available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people?
Answer: Yes. Apart from flexible care services that cater specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people there is an information package available to all residential aged care homes to assist them to provide culturally appropriate palliative care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
