Common question
| Question: | I have several chronic health problems, with quite complex medication. My medication is in a Webster pack, but I often drop pills or leave them in the pack by accident. What help can I get with this? |
| Answer: | You need to discuss this with your doctor and possibly get an Aged Care Assessment Team assessment to see if you are eligible for a Community Aged Care Package (CACP) which would give you help in managing your medication. You may also wish to contact Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre for information about other services such as the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program and Extended Care at Home (EACH) which may suit your circumstances.
