Common question
| Question: | What happens if I don't sign a Resident Agreement? |
| Answer: | Residents have the right to choose whether or not they wish to enter into a written agreement with the approved provider (more information). It is in your interest to have an agreement as it sets outs your rights and responsibilities. You may have to pay maximum fees if you have not negotiated the amount in an agreement with the provider.
