Common question
| Question: | Are families consulted on whether we think the standard of care in a particular aged care home is good or not? |
| Answer: | During an Accreditation visit there is an opportunity for residents and their families to provide information on the standards of services the home provides. Input from residents is an essential part of the review. Homes are required to advise residents and their representatives prior to an Accreditation visit.
