Common question
| Question: | What will happen to my bond if I am asked to move into high care? |
| Answer: | If you move into high care within the same home, your original Bond Agreement will continue. If you move to another home to receive high care within 28 days, you and the approved provider may reach an agreement before you move to transfer the remaining amount of your bond to the new home. Alternatively, you can receive a refund of your bond and enter into an agreement to pay an accommodation charge based on your assets, including the bond refund, at your time of entry to the new home.
