Common question

Question: I have several chronic health problems, with quite complex medication. My medication is in a Webster pack, but I often drop pills or leave them in the pack by accident. What help can I get with this?
Answer: You might like to discuss this with your doctor and possibly get an ACAT assessment to see if you are eligible for a Community Aged Care Package (CACP) which would give you help in managing your medication. Services provided under the Home and Community Care Program may also help with medications. Contact your local Commonwealth Carelink Centre who can help you find the most appropriate services to suit your needs.
