National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Reference Group

The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Reference Group has been established to provide advice to the Department of Health and Ageing and state and territory governments on matters of importance concerning the delivery of aged care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people around Australia during the implementation of aged care reforms as outlined in the National Health and Hospitals Network Agreement (April 2010).
